In the Nick of Time

Our roof slates and ridge tiles are all in place now .....

... the Velux window arrived and was fitted in place.  Not as large as we would have liked but it's there so hey ho!!  And it all happened in the nick of time, as now the weather has taken a real turn for the worse with gale force winds back again last night and heavy, heavy rain.

Advent Challenge - Day 17

A German dictionary.  I doubt I'll ever want to learn German, in fact I don't know where this even came from, but I know where it's off to ... the charity shop with some other books I have sorted.

  6. I sorted through all my Dvds and Cds yesterday. Now I can find all my Christmas favourites, and the ones I no longer wanted have all been taken to the Chazza shop this morning. It's a good feeling.

  9. Your conservatory looks great and so did your day out! You deserve it!
We are packed and ready to go on our trip tomorrow-Vietnam here we come.
We have also meal planned for Jan so we can achieve our £37 saving from our £100 food budget towards our BOAT RIDE TO ILHA GRANDE next March in Brazil.
Thanks for the constant inspiration you give me. I really must declutter more next year. I need a challenge for that to get me going. Have a wonderful Christmas Sue and family!
