I don't know if any of you have been collecting the Lurpak butter codes and entering them in the website. But it was well worth it, I managed to get a total of three freebies with my codes.
A pair of blue oven gloves, a really good quality brownie tin, something I was short of as I have never had a square tin always making do with my other tins, and therefore not quite getting the right thickness on my brownies or flapjacks.
And this rather dinky kitchen timer. I love its little note telling me to wipe it clean with a damp cloth and not immerse it fully in water as 'it's not a good swimmer'.
I love it when companies take the time to make you smile.
Sue xx
Super freebies !
ReplyDeleteLovely little haul, all things that you will use frequently often these "give away" promotions are a little disappointing . One of my favourite sayings is, Cheap is good, Free is better, but only if you want the item.
ReplyDeleteHi Sue, I love freebies, I have to admit I have never tried Lurpak, I collect rewards with a few products I buy regularly which are, PG Tips, Kenco, and Just Rol Pastry. I actually saw those tins in Tesco back along there was a promotion for the tin and 2 packs of butter I think it was £4.99.
ReplyDeleteI didn't realise you could collect butter codes. However, I bought some of their double packs a few months back that came with an enamel oven dish. The dishes are ridiculously good quality considering they were free!

ReplyDeleteI love freebies, I like the kitchen timer as ours has seen better days. Its more like an "old timer" boom boom.......sorry xx
ReplyDeleteOoohhh freebies, I never knew about butter codes though I do have the tins they sell with the butter. My mum likes Lurpak but doesn't bake so she passes them on t me.
ReplyDeleteLove freebies but unfortunately we don't have many over here. I have only picked up mugs but nothing for butter.
ReplyDeleteOh - lucky you :) How much butter did you have to buy to score that many freebies? :)
ReplyDeleteThere seems to be a lot of this sort of deal on at the moment. One housemate got a free teapot, after collecting coupons from PG Tips. And another housemate got a free DVD after collecting points from her Disney DVDs. It's worth looking out for them if it's something you buy anyways :)
ReplyDeleteWhat useful freebies!
