I apologise for the bad language, but my computer is driving me MAD.
All week it has been soooooooo slow, hence the lack of Blog posts. I apologise for that too, there are so many ideas for posts running around in my head I think there's a chance they'll start popping out of my ears like steam in an old cartoon.
I haven't even been able to list anything on Ebay, pictures simply won't download for me, so I'm saving them for next week instead.

So frustrating.
Instead I am going to make another cup of coffee and see if I can read a few of your Blog posts to keep me sane....well it's worth a go!!

It's so annoying when that happens. My hubby works in IT and no word of a lie, if I've been having problems all day, the minute he looks at it...it works! lol why does this happen?
ReplyDeletedeep breath Sue...then LARGE glass of wine!
ReplyDeleteI assume you've tried basic housekeeping - cleanup and defrag? That always used to help speed up my old one for a while.
ReplyDeleteI am getting lots of probs on my laptop with freezing - deleting cookies, degrag and disc clean seem to be the only way - the only thing I can think of that might be causing you probs is if you have picked up any gismos for your blog like clocks, pretty icons, etc., that could be causing conflict, hope you sort it out.
ReplyDeleteHope things get fixed soon, I love reading your blog. I stumbled upon it a few weeks ago and have read the whole thing from the very beginning. What an adventure you have been on. I live in Canada but was born in Manchester. Lived in Wythenshaw when I was a baby but then moved to the Blackley area. My family came to Canada when I was a teenager, many, many moons ago! We are in the deep freeze right now with LOTS of snow. I envy you all the veggies you can grow so late in the year.
ReplyDeleteI spent a couple of years working in IT. I found a clip art photo of a woman smashing a computer with a sledgehammer and had it on my desktop as wallpaper. It helped relieve the stress. Good luck, Jx
ReplyDeleteI haven't been able to comment on some blogs - kept trying so irritating !
ReplyDeleteHope you are up & running soon !
