I do this with smoked salmon so hope it would work with fresh; Asda smartprice smoked salmon offcuts 120g (I think) for 99p; I stock up and freeze if reduced. There's enough salmon there for at least 4 lots of scrambled eggs...and you have plenty of eggs!
