It is a habit to go to the shops once a week (or whenever your habit dictates and it does dictate). Whilst trying to live of our freezer (and it is nowhere near as full as yours but still full for us) I still couldn't stop myself making each meal stretch to two. So yes, I have started to empty it but at the same time, I am still putting things in, though not new things.
